Treatment of Arm and Leg Deformities

These are abnormalities seen in the length, shape, or alignment of the arms and legs. These conditions may be congenital (present at birth) or may develop later as a result of trauma, infection, or disease. They can cause difficulty in walking or moving, pain, limited movement, and even spinal curvature. In cases of mild inequality or deformity, regular monitoring throughout the growth process may be sufficient. However, advanced deformities or those with a high probability of progression can be treated using various methods depending on the patient's age, the cause of the disease, and the choice made by the patient or their family.
